Quick Tip: Breathe in and be aware of breathing in. Breathe out and be aware of breathing out. Feel it center your awareness. Bring attention to how the body feels.

 

 

Journal Entry: How can you make the decision to be present and slow down today?

 

 

Daily Task: Try to be present in simple moments today. We direct our attention most of the time to “big” experiences and often overlook other smaller ones we deem ordinary or less important. Slow down and find joy in simplicity.
