Journal Entry: Are you perceived as a more relaxed, friendly person? Has impatience led you to give up on new things or ideas in the past?
Daily Task: Focus on being patient with others today. If you’re driving, let people merge in front of you. If you’re in line at a place of business and it’s taking long, take a deep breath and remind yourself that it is only a short term discomfort. You have little or no control over the situation. Learn to recognize and accept being uncomfortable.
