DAY 11
This week your focus will be on expanding your practice. You will learn about some newer forms of meditation that you can add to your skillset. The techniques you will learn are Visualization Meditation, Movement Meditation, and Focused Meditation.
Today's Exercise: Follow along with the attached Guided Meditation Audio & Perform Visualization Meditation for 15 minutes.
Visualization Meditation: In this meditation technique you will follow along and use your imagination to visualize a particular place, feeling, or moment (e.g. you close your eyes and imagine a beautiful mountain stream, a rainforest, the first time you fell in love, a familiar place or landscape, etc).
Once meditation has been completed, please refer to the Journal Entry below and answer the prompt. The Daily Task can be done whenever you like. That is solely up to you! Have an amazing day!!

Quick Tip: Visualize yourself achieving a specific goal that you would like to accomplish in the future. Imagine yourself succeeding at this goal. Focus on your surroundings, the people involved, and the way you feel in the moment. Add plenty of details. If any doubts come up, then recite a positive mantra like “I can do this,” or “I will succeed.” Focus on your breathing and keep your mantra in mind as you visualize the scene of your success. Visualization is so important for manifesting your dreams and goals.

Daily Task: Reply to a post you enjoyed reading/seeing on Instagram or Facebook. We all get in the habit of scrolling past so much content. Make an effort to have a positive effect on the internet today. If you're not on social media, then email or text a person who has recently helped you in some way. Let them know how grateful you are!
